You can return or exchange any full priced items purchased on thecelect.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Your return must be shipped back to THE CELECT within 15 day of receiving the item.

All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Returned Merchandise must not be worn, damaged or altered or washed. Returned Items must have all original tags attached. Footwear must not be worn, scuffed or marked. Returns and exchanges must include the original, undamaged designer packaging, shoe box, dust bags, jewelry box and bags.
All sales are final on: sale merchandise, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, books, gift certificates, eyewear and fragrances.
The Celect is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. We will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
In the event a product is delivered in a damaged condition please contact us within 24hrs of delivery. Damages must follow our return policy guidelines.
